Thekla Laux

Thekla Laux has extensive experience in IT process automation and innovation management, currently serving as the Head of IT Process Automation Enablement and Head of IT Innovation Case Orchestration at ZF Group since January 2008. In these roles, Thekla leads agile management of innovative IT case portfolios, fostering a culture for compliance among project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Previous positions include Manager Global IS PMO at TRW Automotive, where Thekla introduced a global IS PMO and developed governance processes, as well as IS Manager PMO, focusing on project management standards. Thekla holds a PMP certification from EWS Berlin and is pursuing a degree in Program Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
