Miao Zhao

Miao (Mia) Zhao is an experienced HR and talent management professional, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management/HR Director at ZhenFund since October 2019. With a career spanning over a decade, Miao has held key positions at various prominent organizations, including Hillhouse Capital Management and China Resources (Holdings) Co, where responsibilities have included talent management, HR strategy, and organizational development. Miao's expertise is further complemented by skills gained through earlier roles in recruitment, training, and human capital consulting across several companies, including Mercer and Ernst & Young. Miao holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China.
