Rick van der Vaart has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Kartbaan instructor at Evenementencentrum Hardersplaza. Rick then held various marketing roles, including as a Honours stagiair marketing at Terberg Business Mobility and as a Stagiair marketing at Ingram Micro in 2019. In 2021, they worked as a Brand Management Intern Adhesives Technologies Perfax & Tangit at Henkel. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Junior online marketeer at Stylepoint BV. In 2022, they worked as a Management Trainee at KMM Groep and as a Digital marketeer at MixCom digital & print creatives, where they led a marketing team. In 2022, they became an Allround online marketeer at iO. Currently, they are working as an Online marketing consultant at ZIGT Strategy • Media • Performance • Create, starting in 2023.
Rick van der Vaart completed their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2017 to 2021. Rick obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in marketing management. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Globalizing Business during 2020-2021.
Rick also received several certifications during their education. In 2018, they obtained a Propedeuse Commerciële Economie (Commercial Economics) from Hogeschool Utrecht. In the same year, they also earned a TOSA - excel diploma. In 2019, they obtained a Honours ster in vakmanschap & professionaliteit (Craftsmanship & Professionalism) from Hogeschool Utrecht. In 2020, Rick received a Honours ster with an international perspective from the same institution. In 2023, they acquired various Google Ads certifications, including Creative, Shopping, Display, Measurement, Search, and Video.
Previous to their university education, Rick completed their Hoger voortgezet onderwijs (Higher General Secondary Education) at RSG Slingerbos | Levant in July 2016.
