Inventor of texting for business Zipwhip has welcomed two new executives to its team. Ravi Angadi has been hired as chief product officer, while Nimrod Vered has been promoted to chief engineering officer.

Mr. Angadi has nearly 20 years of expertise in managing global product teams in a range of industries, including most recently as CEO of Lango, a systems and hardware design firm in China. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Zipwhip’s product and UX teams, as well as leading the company’s growth strategy.
Mr. Vered has 25 years of software engineering experience, and joined Zipwhip a year ago from his last role as Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft. As chief engineering officer, he will lead the company’s service development and be responsible for scaling its technical infrastructure and modernizing its engineering business.
