Tara Bidgood

Tara Bidgood serves as the Vice President of Veterinary Professional Services and Medical Affairs at Zoetis, where responsibilities include leading a 51-member team and overseeing various technical teams focused on veterinary pharmaceuticals and biologicals. With a background that encompasses significant roles such as Executive Director and Director of Veterinary Operations, Tara has successfully managed product launches, clinical studies, and developed outcome research strategies. An active member of the Petcare Leadership Team, Tara was nominated for a Technical Leadership Development Program and has held various leadership positions, including board member of the PLC and AAVPT Executive Council. Tara's earlier experience includes roles at North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and in veterinary general practices, complemented by educational qualifications including a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology and a DVM.
