Kunal Swarup

Kunal Swarup has extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently, Kunal serves as the Head of Corporate Development at Zomato since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kunal was the Director of Internet & Digital at Kotak Investment Banking from 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. Kunal also founded Ocucare Medical Centers between 2011 and 2013, establishing a venture focused on ambulatory surgical centers in ophthalmology. Earlier in the career, Kunal worked as an Associate Vice President at Kotak Investment Banking from June 2007 to August 2011. Kunal holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business, completed in 2007.
