Noelle Statires

Noelle Statires, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of People Strategy at Zone & Co, where responsibilities have evolved from Director of People Strategy & Engagement to Human Resources Manager since February 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Boston Interactive, an award-winning digital marketing agency, as well as various human resources positions at Rapid7, including People Strategist and People Strategy Associate, where contributions helped the company achieve recognition as a "Top Place to Work" and "Boston's Most Admired Companies." Noelle's career began with administrative roles and personal training, and education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston.
