Chanchan Thounaojam

Chanchan Thounaojam has over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as a QA Lead at Zoomcar since September 2016. In this role, Chanchan leads a team of three, specializing in automation testing using Java, TestNG, and Rest Assured, as well as performance testing with JMeter, API testing using Postman, and both web and mobile testing. Prior positions at Zoomcar include Sr QA Engineer and QA Engineer, focusing on test scenario identification and execution. Chanchan’s career began at Infosys as a Process Executive, followed by a role as a Software Test Engineer at Mystifly Consulting, emphasizing test case preparation and execution. Chanchan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipur University.
