Bhavana Singh is a seasoned quality engineering manager with extensive experience in leading test automation and quality assurance initiatives across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Quality Engineering Manager at Zoox since March 2024, Bhavana has transformed automation coverage and implemented innovative testing strategies, including GenAI-driven QA processes. Previously at Okta from May 2019 to December 2023, Bhavana achieved significant compliance milestones and led a team of over 40 test engineers. Bhavana's earlier roles include impactful contributions at PayPal in software engineering and automation, alongside foundational experiences at Clustrix, Inc. and Tata Consultancy Services. Bhavana holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, India.
