Susan Lordi

Susan Lordi is a seasoned client relationship manager with extensive experience in client services and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager at Zotec Partners since September 2021, Lordi previously held the position of Director of Client Services at LogixHealth and spent eight years at MedData in various roles, including Director of Client Services and Hospital Analyst. Early career roles include Key Account Manager at C2Media and Account Executive at RLS Legal Solutions, along with positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Stauffer, Mannix, Rommel, Decker and Dulany, L.L.C. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Spanish minor, Lordi also studied at Centro Internacional de Lengua in Spain in 1996.
