Dominic Yim

Dominic Yim has over two decades of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Dominic is currently the managing director at ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm. Prior to joining ZRG, Dominic was the senior principal adviser at Signium Greater China.

Dominic began their career in human resources and talent management. Dominic served as the vice president of global HR and talent management at Biosensors International Group, Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. Dominic then became the CEO and global life sciences practices head at AETG Company Limited from 2008 to 2013. Dominic also spent eight years at Abbott, where they rose to the position of director of human resources for the APAC St Jude Medical Division.

In 2000, Dominic transitioned into executive search and has since served as an executive director for regional life sciences practices at Russell Reynolds Associates and Asianet Consultants. Dominic has also been a medical device industrial consultant and adviser for the Hong Kong Medical & Healthcare Device Industries Association since 2013.

Dominic Yim graduated with a Master in Marketing and Human Resources from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Dominic has worked in marketing and human resources for over 10 years.

Their manager is Larry Hartmann, CEO. They work with John Mclean - Managing Director, Giovanni Lamarca - Managing Director, Global Consumer Practice Leader, and Stacey Mainiero - COO.
