Natalie Sleiman

Natalie Sleiman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC since February 2022, and President of the INSEAD Alumni Association United Arab Emirates since January 2018, Natalie has successfully led initiatives that fostered alumni engagement and established clubs within various sectors. Previously, Natalie held significant roles including Partner at Stanton Chase, where the technology and professional services practice was established, and Regional Manager at Volkswagen Financial Services, where a successful multi-million euro business was developed. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Hofstede Insights MENA, Natalie Loves Tech, and GAPCorp, along with early career roles in marketing and customer service. Natalie earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
