Shradha Prasad

Shradha Prasad is a Decision Analytics Consultant specializing in MLR at ZS since September 2025, following a successful tenure as an Associate Manager in Presales & Solutioning at Indegene. At Indegene, Shradha designed and implemented proposal strategies for Medical Affairs solutions, significantly enhancing deal conversion rates. Shradha also led product management initiatives for the Iplan platform, collaborating with a global pharma company on feature enhancements and managing cross-functional teams for successful product launches. Additional roles included automating operations within Medical Communications and leading sales and marketing efforts that resulted in numerous client leads. Earlier experience includes positions at Nymble, Titan Engineering & Automation Limited, and Caterpillar Inc., complemented by a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University and a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
