Danny Connelly

Danny Connelly has over 20 years of experience in the IT security field. Danny is currently the CISO, Americas at Zscaler. Prior to joining Zscaler, Danny was with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for 11 years, where they served as the Associate Chief Information Security Officer. Danny has also held positions as a Senior Cyber Security Penetration Tester at the Department of Energy and as an IT Security Analyst at SAIC. Danny is a well-respected authority in the field of IT security and has spoken at numerous conferences and events on the topic. Danny holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Danny Connelly has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Radford University and a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University.
