Juan Carlos Robles

Juan Carlos Robles is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in managing technical account and service transition roles at top technology firms. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Zscaler since February 2021, Juan Carlos oversees the resolution of customer technical support issues related to Zscaler products, while also managing implementation projects for web and email solutions. Prior to Zscaler, Juan Carlos held the position of Technical Account Manager at CSS Corp, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Earlier career experiences include Service Transition Engineer roles at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, along with a tenure as a Unified Communications Engineer at Cisco Systems. Juan Carlos holds a degree in Engineering Systems and Networks from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
