Michelle Spencer-Forney

Michelle Spencer-Forney, PHR, currently serves as the Global Director of Employee Relations at Zscaler, a position held since September 2022, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Employee Relations. Prior to Zscaler, Michelle held the title of Senior Manager, Employee Relations at Robinhood and served as Employee Relations Manager and Vice President at Bank of the West, where responsibilities included managing employee relations programs bank-wide.
