Oleg Ignat

Oleg Ignat currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Zscaler, overseeing the engineering and operations of the Federal and Sovereign line of business across all products since February 2024. Prior to this role, Oleg worked at Salesforce from September 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading AI initiatives for the Next Gen CRM platform and directing software engineering for Marketing Cloud. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Microsoft from September 2013 to September 2019, where accomplishments included building the Microsoft Cosmos DB compute layer and leading SQL Azure service provisioning workflows. Oleg began the career as a Senior Software Developer at Infostoria from April 2005 to October 2007 and holds a degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', where education was completed between January 2002 and January 2008.
