Charu Mathur

Charu Mathur is an experienced sales director with a strong focus on battery energy storage solutions and a proven track record in business development. Currently serving as Director of Sales for BESS at ZTE Corporation since May 2025, Charu is responsible for driving sales, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver customized storage systems. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at SUNPURE, Wattpower Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Waaree Group, where responsibilities involved P&L forecasting and B2B sales strategies. Additionally, Charu held the position of General Manager at Huawei Technologies, specializing in solar PV and BESS. Charu holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Professional Studies.
