Juliana Aboudela

Juliana Aboudela possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including insurance, social impact, and technology. As Head of LATAM Hub - ZCAM at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from March 2023 to July 2025, Juliana focused on developing and leading digital products in the insurance segment, emphasizing innovation and customer experience. Juliana is also the Founder and CEO of Mude o Mundo, a social impact startup aimed at connecting people in need with those willing to help, active from October 2020 to November 2024. Additionally, as a Co-Founder and CEO of Roncco Moto Share from January 2021 to April 2023, Juliana introduced Brazil's first motorcycle-sharing community. Prior experience includes serving as Senior IT Manager for Latin America at DiDi from January 2018 to December 2020, overseeing operations across multiple countries, and initially managing the IT department at 99 as Technology Coordinator.
