William Simms

William Simms, ACII, brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Claims Technician in both the International and Complex Loss Unit and the Specialist Claims Team at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since September 2010. Previously, William held the position of Technical Lead for the Casualty Claims Team in Farnborough, focusing on complex casualty claims and customer interaction while overseeing the development of claims handlers. Additionally, William served as President of the CII Guildford from May 2014 to April 2015 and was a Senior Claims Negotiator at The Automobile Association from 2002 to September 2010. Education was completed at Windsor Boys' School.
