Jeri Magoon

Jeri Magoon is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and data coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Care Rep II and Sr Product Data Coordinator at Zurn since June 2015, Jeri Magoon is responsible for entering data into the ERP system, preparing standard operating procedures, training others on system usage, and performing data cleansing. Prior to this role, Jeri Magoon worked as a Trainer at West Corporation from September 2001 to May 2012, further developing expertise in training and support.
