Naman Tiwari

Naman Tiwari currently serves as an Associate Product Lead at Zycus, starting in April 2024, where responsibilities include customer issue analysis and strategic decision-making to enhance product performance and user experience. Prior to this, Naman held leadership roles in the IT and Analytics Club at IIM Sambalpur, including Head PR and Events and Junior Coordinator, from September 2022 to April 2024. Naman’s earlier experience includes working as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2021 to September 2022, focusing on production support for a healthcare client during the Covid period, where efficiency enhancements were successfully implemented. Naman holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi.
