How it all works

Stage 1

Onboarding

Alignment on the role and key search criteria

Mid-project calibration

An initial short list of target companies and candidates are surfaced to the customer in order to calibrate the search

Target universe & outreach planning

  • At the end of week one the target universe is surfaced, allowing the user to interact and remove / add companies, where relevant

  • The customer and Scout team collaborate an effect outreach message, reflecting the voice of the customer company
Stage 2

Candidate list goes live

Candidates are surfaced in a live view every day during the second week of the process, allowing the customer to tell us who to reach out to and who to reject

Candidate outreach and scheduling

  • As soon as a candidate is actioned, the Scout team will start the outreach campaign to each candidate of interest on the list.

  • When a candidate indicates interest we put them directly on your calendar
