Albert Yong

Albert Yong is the current Principal of Creative Design at 2X Marketing. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Vice President, Manager of Omni Customer Experience at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful from December 2016 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for aligning goals and incentives across all different functions including branch operations, logistics, customer service, marketing and e-channel teams. Albert also measured business impact through sales, customer satisfaction and other KPI's. From August 2016 to November 2016, they were a Digital Project Manager at Wunderman.
