Cecilia Elming started their work experience in 2011 as a Sales Advisor at NilsonGroup. Cecilia later became an Assistant Store Manager at NilsonGroup before transitioning to a Sales Advisor role at Tommy Hilfiger in 2014. In 2016, Cecilia joined C/MIND as an HR Assistant and subsequently worked their way up to HR Coordinator and HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations and HR at 0+X, where they oversee the company's operations and human resources functions.
Cecilia Elming attended Södertörn University from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued the Personalvetarprogrammet, fil. kand. i sociologi (Bachelor's degree in Sociology) field of study. Additionally, in 2014, they also studied Europarätt: mänskliga fri-och rättigheter (European Law: Human Rights) at Södertörn University.
