Marko Kokovic is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in both technical recruitment and software development. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at 0+X since February 2019, Marko has held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Tech Recruiter within a software engineering consultancy that employs talents worldwide. Prior experience includes working as a Tech Recruiter at C/MIND, a Swedish recruitment agency, where responsibilities encompassed assessing company needs, building candidate relationships, and managing the onboarding process. Earlier, Marko operated as a freelancer, focusing on web development, UX/UI design, and testing. Marko holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Montenegro and a Full Stack Web Developer certification from ITAcademy by LINKgroup.
