Harsh Patel

Harsh Patel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Harsh is currently the Founder of Macro, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Board Chair of Tesla MRI Institute, a role they held since 2015. Additionally, Harsh has served as a Board Member for Brolly since 2022. Harsh was also a Board Member for Spring from 2015 to 2023. Harsh's previous experiences include being the CEO and Chief Product Officer of Galvanize Inc from 2019 to 2021 and from 2018 to 2019 respectively. Before that, they were the CEO and COO of Hack Reactor and Co-Founder and CEO of MakerSquare - School of Software Engineering. Harsh also worked as the Head of Product at Portfoliyo.org and as a Math & Science Teacher at Teach For America. Harsh has also volunteered as a Teacher Toolkit Product at Khan Academy.

Harsh Patel completed their undergraduate education at Saint Louis University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biomedical Engineering, Biology, and Mathematics. Harsh then went on to attend Dominican University for Graduate School, where they obtained a Teaching Certification in Education. Harsh further pursued their education at Rush University, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
