Head Open Innovation at 100 Open Startups

Daniel Vasserman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Daniel is currently the Head of Customer Success & Open Innovation at 100 Open Startups. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Relationship Specialist at the same company.

Before joining 100 Open Startups, Daniel worked at ACE Startups, where they held multiple roles. As an Entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition specialist, they managed the entire hiring process and developed learning and development plans for leaders and employees. Daniel also implemented agile methodologies and software for HR process management. As an Innovation Specialist, Daniel designed and conducted open innovation programs for large companies and evaluated numerous startups for business generation programs. Daniel also provided training on startup practices, entrepreneurial behavior, and innovation culture. As a Startup Hunter, they screened and evaluated startups for investment and acceleration, and led selection committees with mentors, investors, and ACE partner executives.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as a Counselor for Entrepreneurs at Minding - Consulting & Counseling, where they provided counseling sessions for entrepreneurs and conducted emotional risk analysis to mitigate early-stage company bankruptcies. Daniel also served as a Program Manager at United Way Brasil, managing entrepreneurial education projects for large companies and providing mentor training.

Daniel's work experience also includes a role as an Estagiário (intern) at Instituto Dom Bosco, where they created a Professional Development Program for students and conducted a needs assessment for workshop development.

Overall, Daniel Vasserman has a strong background in customer success, open innovation, talent acquisition, startup evaluation, counseling, and program management.

Daniel Vasserman has a diverse education history. Daniel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they pursued further education by completing a Post-Graduation program in Creative and Business Innovation, specializing in developing professional potential, at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2014. Daniel also completed a Post-Graduation program in Strategic People Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2014 to 2016.

Expanding their knowledge in design and innovation, Daniel pursued a Post-Graduation program in Strategic Design and Innovation at Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo, from 2016 to 2018. Daniel furthered their education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017, where they participated in the Global Start-up Labs Brazil program, focusing on entrepreneurship.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel obtained certifications in Coaching Psychology from Academia do Psicólogo in December 2019 and in EMPRETEC from Sebrae-SP. Exact dates for the EMPRETEC certification are not available.
