Founded in 2018 by Kayla Jeter, the 100MilesofSummer Challenge is a global movement dedicated to promoting better health through walking, jogging, running, and rolling. This initiative encourages individuals worldwide to prioritize movement, connect socially, and explore their communities, fostering self confidence and challenging limiting beliefs. Now in its 8th year, 100MoS aims to collectively achieve 80,000 miles, symbolizing the power of community and the transformative impact of consistent movement.
