Jennifer Tate

Jennifer Tate has extensive experience in operations and implementation management, currently serving as Eligibility and Implementation Manager and previously as Provider Implementation Manager at 100Plus since October 2020. Prior roles include Operations Manager, Team Lead, and Case Manager at Patient Home Monitoring from May 2012 to August 2019. Jennifer also held the position of Operations Manager at San Francisco Window Pros from January 2008 to March 2012, and worked as an Account Executive at Vma Communications Inc from June 2006 to December 2007. Jennifer Tate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis, between 1997 and 2001.
