John Hayden

John Hayden is a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at 100Plus since January 2023. Previously, John served as the Director of Technology at Watershed from August 2015 to January 2023, where leadership was provided to the development team for the Watershed LRS analytics tool, alongside ongoing full stack development responsibilities. Prior to Watershed, John held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Rustici Software from January 2005 to July 2015, contributing to the SCORM Engine and customer integrations, and as a Programmer/Analyst at Ohio National Financial Services from 1999 to 2004, focusing on web application development. John's career commenced at IBM as a Software Engineer from 1997 to 1999, following the completion of a BS in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University in 1997.
