James Allen

James Allen has extensive experience in the film and television industry, currently serving as Head of Scripted Film and Television and EVP of Acquisitions & Production at 101 Studios since May 2018. Prior to this, James held multiple roles at The Weinstein Company from 2012 to 2018, including Acquisitions, Production, & Development Executive and earlier as an Acquisitions Coordinator. Additionally, James gained valuable experience as Owner/Partner and Talent & Events Coordinator at Alyve Entertainment and completed internships with Sony Pictures Television and other companies. Education was obtained at the University of Arizona, with attendance from 2007 to 2010.
