Margo McGrath

Margo McGrath has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Margo began their career at CVS Health as a Pharmacy Technician and Shift Supervisor, and obtained their tech license during this time. In 2021, they joined 101domain.com as a Relationship & Product Manager and Customer Service Specialist. In their role as Relationship & Product Manager, they work with the Registrar Operations team to facilitate communication between the internal team and registry partners and help inform and execute the larger business objectives related to TLDs. As a Customer Service Specialist, they provide excellent customer service and offers an extensive selection of TLDs.
