Lisabeth Patch

Lisabeth oversees exchange operations as Branch Manager for 1031 CORP.’s Collegeville, Pennsylvania office. She is responsible for managing operations efficiency, growth and business development, client experience, and team development for the Exchange Team for the East Coast branch. Lisabeth has two decades of experience in I.R.C. Section 1031, the real estate and title industries, and the business development and legal arenas.

Lisabeth holds a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Immaculata University. She participated in the master’s degree program in international business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
