Joan O'Connor is the founder of Think Purple Ltd, where they specialize in executive coaching and leadership consultancy. With over 20 years of experience, Joan has developed and facilitated programs for various organizations, including international teams and leadership teams across multiple sectors. They serve as a lead facilitator for the ICAEW's Women in Leadership Programme and have contributed to the GSMA’s Connected Women Programme since its inception in 2012. Additionally, Joan has guest lectured on MBA and HR Masters Programmes at Middlesex University in Dubai. They hold an MSc in People and Organisation Development from Roffey Park.
