10P1 Inc. operationalizes The 10+1 Code™ — a moral framework for human-AI co-existence created by AI Philosopher Cristina DiGiacomo — through certification, advisory, and governance integration for organizations operating at the frontier of AI.
The 10+1 Standard™ is the first individual AI certification grounded in moral philosophy rather than regulatory compliance. Earned through demonstrated application. Not examination. For practitioners actively building and deploying AI, and for C-Suite leaders in the AI field.
Most AI governance is aimed at institutions. Policies, guardrails, compliance checklists. 10P1 works differently. The question at the center of this work is not what institutions must do. It is what kind of person you need to become to steward something this powerful.
That question is the gap most governance frameworks leave open. 10P1 closes it.
Who we work with:
CAIOs, CISOs, Chief Compliance Officers, AI founders, and C-Suite leaders who recognize the limits of values statements and compliance alone.
