Ofer Dor

Ofer Dor is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security at 10Secure since 2022, overseeing security engineers and managing complex integration projects. Before this role, Ofer held the position of Information Security Team Leader at 10Secure from 2018 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of security engineers and collaborating with CISOs and IT project managers to implement security solutions in large environments. Ofer's earlier experience includes a freelance role as an Information Security & System Administrator from 2013 to 2017, maintaining on-premises security systems, as well as a similar position at AV Networks from 2007 to 2013, where coordination with international teams was essential. Ofer began the professional journey at Motorola Solutions as a 2nd Tier support member in 2006. Ofer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
