Chuck Bartlett

Chuck joins 10up as Chief Financial Officer with thirty years of experience running the finance and accounting operations for professional services companies. His background is in joining growth-oriented companies to develop their financial operations as a strategic partner and resource for the organization to achieve their goals. He particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative organizations. Most recently, he was CFO for HW Staffing Solutions, where his accomplishments included raising the company’s first private equity investment and leading multiple acquisitions. Chuck has also served as CFO for Fuld and Company, a competitive intelligence consulting firm, and Stax Inc, a management consulting firm, and as Controller for FutureBrand, a global branding agency.

Prior to his career in professional services, Chuck founded and ran an independent record label focused on developing local bands in the Boston area. He started his career at the Bank of Boston, where he worked on acquisition financing for radio and television stations. He received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BA from Amherst College.
