Jennifer Hicks

Jennifer Hicks is a User Experience Designer who has worked for companies such as Teach.org and Seattle Institute for Biomedical and Clinical Research. Jennifer has been in their current position at 10up since April 2021. Prior to that, they were with MALPAI BORDERLANDS GROUP INC from March 2021 to April 2021, where they were responsible for completing a UX Audit of their website and presenting a detail-oriented Final Audit Report with recommendations and wireframe solutions. From March 2020 to June 2020, they were with Teach.org as a User Experience Designer, where they were in charge of the team’s research efforts, taking the lead on user interviews, benchmark testing, usability testing, and writing the final research report. Jennifer began their career as a Research Coordinator at Seattle Institute for Biomedical and Clinical Research in June 2017.

Jennifer Hicks has a certificate in User Experience from the School of Visual Concepts and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Jennifer is also certified from the School of Visual Concepts in their User Experience Certificate Program.
