Michael Phillips is the Lead Web Engineer at 10up. Michael has over a decade of experience in the field of web development and has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, including NBCUniversal Media, LLC.

Michael started their career as a Program Manager with NBCUniversal Media, LLC in October 2019. In this role, they assisted in managing a $65M program by addressing and escalating any impediments and manage risks for all tech teams and coordinating all releases to assure value streams are being delivered on time. Michael also managed a global initiative for a $5M mobile application project for Universal Studios Japan in conjunction with introducing custom new features and technology for the highly anticipated grand opening of Super Nintendo World.

In September 2020, Michael left NBCUniversal Media, LLC to join 10up as their Lead Web Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of web developers and overseeing all web development projects for the company. Michael is also responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Michael Phillips has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nova Southeastern University in Management, a Bachelor of Arts from University of Central Florida in Advertising/Public Relations with a Minor in Sociology, an Associate of Arts Degree from Valencia College in General Studies, and a Diploma from Olympia High School in General Studies.

Their manager is Taylor Lovett, SVP, Engineering. They work with Raquelle Fahle - Front End Engineer, Mehul Gohil - Senior Web Engineer, and Eduardo Campana - Senior JavaScript Engineer, React.
