Ben Patterson

Ben Patterson is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and technology startups. Currently a Managing Partner at 10vc since March 2022, Ben leads investments in transformative pre-seed and seed stage technology ventures. As a General Partner at Elementum Ventures since July 2017, responsibilities include sourcing and managing investments in IP-backed deep technology startups. Ben also serves as an Advisor to 1517 Fund and as a Partner at 10k Investments, LLC. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at GoCheck Kids, Venture Partner at UP2398, and Interim CEO at FamilyArc, where significant business model pivots were executed. Additionally, Ben co-founded The Story Locker and held key operational roles in film production and IT management at Stanford University Medical Center. Educated at Whitworth University with a B.A. in Music - Jazz Performance, Ben combines artistic insight with a strong foundation in technology and investment.
