Milly Howard

Milly Howard is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at 10x Banking, where multiple HR roles have been held since July 2019. Prior to this, Milly completed an HR Summer Placement at Ferrovial Agroman while pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Previous HR experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at the National Housing Federation and participation in the competitive Charityworks graduate trainee programme, where Milly worked as a Business Development and Marketing Assistant. Early career roles include coordination of activities for non-English speaking children at Moreton Hall School Trust Limited and as a Sales Associate at Harrods. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree from Westminster Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by exchange programs at Copenhagen Business School and Mahidol University.
