Simon Black

Simon Black is the Managing Partner of 1805, a leadership advisory firm based in London, specializing in senior executive coaching, succession, and leadership advisory services. Currently, Simon also holds positions as a partner at The Bank of London and 10x Banking, focusing on leadership advisory and global growth. Prior to these roles, Simon was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they led the Financial Services practice and coordinated global executive and board relationships. Additionally, Simon serves as a Board Trustee for the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity and has held various advisory roles throughout their career.
