Will Wong

Will Wong has been working in the software engineering and firmware development space since 1996. Will began their career at Starvision Multimedia as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2000, they moved to Radisys Corporation where they were the Manager of Embedded Software. During their time there, they were responsible for all software running on a rack-mount, high capacity, VoIP call server. In 2004, they joined Polycom as a Software Project Lead, designing and implementing call features for the VoIP business phone handsets. In 2008, they worked as a Software Consultant at VTech and a Staff Engineer, Software at Telegent Systems. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Director of Firmware Development and Senior Staff Engineer, Firmware at Knowles Corporation. Will is currently the Lead Linux Firmware Engineer at 10ZiG Technology, where they are responsible for Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC on-chip power management, Linux power domain driver, ARM Trusted Firmware, and on-chip power controller firmware.

Will Wong holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, with a focus on VLSI. Will also holds a B Sc (Eng) in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
