Bartek Janowicz has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bartek is currently the Team & Culture Director (Head of HR) at 11 bit studios S.A. Since 2014, Bartek has also been a Founder and Innovation Expert at PROINNOVATE, where they implement startup ways of working in mid to large organizations and supports corporate innovation initiatives. Bartek has also worked as a Startups' Advisor/Mentor at Akcelerator Innowacji Przemysłowych IndustryLab, where they helped build the consulting part of the acceleration program. Bartek is the Co-Founder and CEO of People Power Accelerator - Work & HR Tech, and has previously worked as a Coach/Mentor & Expert at Inkubator Innowacji Społecznych Wielkich Jutra and Chief Program Officer at Warsaw Booster Acceleration Program for Fintech & Insurtech. Bartek also has experience as a Product Owner at Dobrypracodawca and as an HR Manager (Senior HR Business Partner) at Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA. Earlier in their career, Bartek worked at ING Bank Śląski in various Learning & Development (HR) roles, and as an HR Manager (HR Business Partnering) at Bank BPH. Throughout their career, Bartek has developed expertise in lean startup, experimenting, leadership, teamwork, and all people & culture issues.

- From 2013 to 2014, they attended the Kinharvie Institute and obtained a diploma in Facilitation Skills Programme.
- In 2013, they also pursued a postgraduate course in team coaching at Kozminski University.

- In 2003-2004, they pursued a postgraduate program in Strategic HR Management at Podyplomowe Polska Fundacja Promocji Kadr.
- From 1995 to 2004, they were involved with the Gdańsk Academic Society (Gdańskie Stowarzyszenie Akademickie) as a Trainer, Tutor & Mentor, acquiring relevant experience and skills.
- In 1999, they achieved certification as an NLP Practitioner at the Instytut Neurolingwistyki.
- Bartek co-founded Creative Group Illuminatus in 1996, where they acquired knowledge and skills in creativity.
- From 1994 to 1999, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the University of Gdańsk.

- Bartek completed their secondary education at II LO Gdańsk from 1991 to 1994.
