Daniel Townsend

Daniel Townsend serves as a Venture Partner at 11 Tribes Ventures, focusing on purpose-driven entrepreneurship since October 2023. Additionally, Daniel co-founded CoPilot Innovations in September 2023 to facilitate the responsible adoption of AI among growing brands. As Managing Partner of The Plum Tree Group since March 2003, Daniel oversees an award-winning digital agency that designs and markets innovative products and services, supported by a team of approximately 85 employees across three countries. Previously, Daniel held roles such as Managing Director at Huron, where leadership involved incubating a Salesforce Vlocity Practice, and Chief Executive Officer at Force IQ, directing digital transformation efforts for major clients in telecom and healthcare. Early career experiences include marketing leadership at The BusBank and business analysis at Accenture. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
