Ersen Kaya has a diverse background in sales management and leadership in the telecommunications and retail sectors. Starting at E-Plus Group / KPN Mobile International as a Shop Manager from July 2003 to October 2009, Ersen ensured sales and conducted personal coaching. Following this, a role as Sales Manager Germany for blueistanbul Group from November 2014 to September 2016 was undertaken. Ersen contributed to LEBARA Germany in various capacities, including Partner Account Manager and currently serves as Vertriebsteamleiter. Additional experience includes Account-Manager roles at 1&1 Versatel, Field Manager and Account Manager with DO IT! Gesellschaft, and Country Sales Leader at lukara GmbH Vodafone PA.
