1105 is a founder-led venture builder and investor, backing and building early-stage companies from idea to traction.

We thrive on the energy and challenge of the startup journey, working with founders who care deeply about their product, team, and customers. Our passion is partnering with those who are driven, resilient, and ready to make a real impact.

Our approach goes beyond capital. We combine investment with operational expertise and hands-on support, shaped by over 17 years of building ventures, raising €35M, and scaling teams. We’ve built from scratch, achieved exits, and learned from every step.

We don’t just invest—we build alongside founders. Drawing on deep tech and go-to-market experience, we help turn potential into lasting value. Whether you need strategic guidance, product know-how, or execution support, we’re by your side through every high and low.

At 1105, there are no egos or masks—just real people, committed to authentic partnerships and making a difference.
