Jeff Shanklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise solutions and technical customer management across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Enterprise Solutions Manager for Premier Accounts at 11:11 SYSTEMS since November 2022, Jeff previously held roles at Sungard Availability Services as Client Services Principal, where responsibilities included leading a support team for complex premier accounts. Jeff's experience also includes positions as Director of Product Management & Development at Synoptek, LLC, and Director of Corporate IT & Solution Architecture at Critigen, where project leadership and technical engineering played key roles in driving business success.
