Steph Smith

Steph Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They most recently worked as Operations Director at 111SKIN starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, including VP of Supply Chain - North America and Head of Supply Chain - North America. Steph also gained experience in supply planning and management during their tenure at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. In 2015, Steph briefly explored the world before joining Fonterra, where they worked as a Tactical Production Planner and participated in a graduate program from 2011 to 2015.

Steph Smith attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2006 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree with first-class Honors. During their time at the university, their area of focus was International Business, Marketing, and Commercial Law. In 2009, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Penn State University, specifically in the field of Business/Commerce.
